He is an experienced strategic leader who specialises in Business Development, with a history of building successful businesses from the ground up. He is deeply passionate about the Real Estate landscape, specifically growing products that help transform lives of customers. He has been a part of teams which have pioneered concepts like Coffee Shops, QSR formats, Full Service Petrol Solutions, Network Planning, Convenience Formats, QSR’s, Super Markets, Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry formats, Co Living and Student Housing in the India Context.

Ikshit Arora

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer

He is a brand and business strategist with 20 years. His key areas of strength are finance and real estate. He has grown through the ranks in several top branding agencies (from a writer to a planner) and progressively brand and business consulting firms across India and Dubai.

He is an evangelist of purpose led organisations and has led several transformations in the area of culture and behaviour across India and Dubai. He is a strategic designer with an intuitive knowledge of consumer insights and an avid follower and implementor of tech automation that makes processes and deliveries more efficient and closer to target.

With a Corporate experience of nearly two decades and an expertise in People and Business Management, Arrman is truly a People's person and has proficiently led the People & Culture practice across large Corporates in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Sectors.

A Versatile and Communicative individual, his inspiration flows from inclusive growth, both on the Professional and Personal front. He has Coached and Developed a significant number of his team members into Leadership roles across reputed Organizations.

He has driven growth in key roles in organisations such as Emaar India, DLF Limited, Tata Power DDL and M3M India by contributing significantly towards building a High Performance, High Engagement environment.

Arrman is an MBA from Fore School, New Delhi and is a certified Quality Trainer as well as a Personality Assessor. Arising from his belief of giving back to the Society, he is a part of and encourages and supports various Social initiatives.
